IJM Model Flat - First City was designed to translate a developer's residential offer into a walk-through experience. Every room had to feel finished, deliberate and aspirational — the standard a prospective buyer measures the finished apartment against.

The interior uses restrained materials, considered lighting and precise proportion so the model flat reads as a home rather than a showroom. It gives visitors an accurate, elevated read of what living in the completed development can feel like.
