Your Villa, Designed from the Inside Out - III Studio

ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIORS AS A SINGLE DISCIPLINE

Villa Architecture and Interiors in Hyderabad

Your villa, designed from the inside out.

A villa is more than a home, it's a statement of how you want to live. At III Studio, architecture and interiors are resolved together from day one, so every space, material, and detail answers to the same idea. Founded by architect Brinda Goswami, with over two decades of villa projects across Hyderabad.

A villa's interior quality is decided in the architectural drawings,
not the interior scheme.

New build villa architecture and interiors for Hyderabad villas

New Build Villa Architecture and Interiors

The only scope where architecture and interiors are controlled as one from the start. The brief maps spatial priorities alongside structural possibilities, so material choices inform slab levels, window reveals, and threshold details before anything is built. For new villa projects in Shankarpally, Tellapur, and emerging corridors around the city.

Villa interior design in Hyderabad with bespoke joinery

Interior Design for Existing Villa

For villas where the structure is already standing. Rather than working around what exists, we work with it, reading the actual geometry, volumes, and light before a single material is chosen. Bespoke joinery is dimensioned to real room conditions, not catalogue sizes. Common in Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills where established villas are being thoughtfully upgraded.

Villa renovation and redesign with architectural integration

Villa Renovation and Redesign

When a villa needs to be rethought, not just refreshed. We assess what the space can become architecturally, which constraints are real and which can be removed, then redesign interiors against the upgraded framework. Facade work, level additions, new structural openings, and complete interior resolution, handled together.

Gated community villa interior with precise material detailing

Gated Community Villa Interiors

Gated communities in Manikonda, Narsingi, and Tellapur come with fixed structures and shared architectural formats. The design work here is entirely interior, but the ambition isn't. Spatial proportion, material performance, bespoke joinery, and integrated lighting are resolved so the interior reads as purpose-built, not fitted in.

The Interior Is Decided in the Drawings

The Interior Is Decided in the Drawings

When the same practice resolves architecture and interiors together, the possibilities are fundamentally different. Ceiling heights are designed for the rooms they create. Staircases become considered spatial sequences. Courtyards are positioned for a specific quality of light, and facades are oriented before a single interior decision is made. At III Studio this integration is not a service offering, it is how every villa project begins.

Client Experiences

The entire process was smooth and transparent. What we discussed at the start is exactly what we got at the end. The timelines were respected and the materials were exactly as specified.

Brinda Goswami and the team have an eye for detail that is rare. They understood our brief completely and executed it without any of the stress we'd expected from such a large project.

We know each corridor well.

Architectural villa interior in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad - III Studio project

Jubilee Hills

Hillside plots, mature tree cover, and commanding views reward architectural thinking over templated layouts. Irregular geometry and level changes are design opportunities here, not constraints.

Aika Super Luxe Villas project in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Banjara Hills

Denser than Jubilee Hills, with an established fabric of older bungalows being renovated or rebuilt. The design challenge is contextual sensitivity, bringing contemporary intelligence to a site without disrupting what makes the neighbourhood worth living in.

Naandi Villa project in Manikonda and Narsingi

Manikonda and Narsingi

Newer gated communities with uniform plot sizes and fixed structural formats. Design intelligence here goes entirely into interior resolution, material precision, bespoke joinery, and a considered landscape connection at the ground floor threshold.

Villa project in Shankarpally and Tellapur

Shankarpally and Tellapur

Larger plots, lower density, and room to build properly. These corridors offer the fullest architectural brief, site-responsive planning, generous floor plates, and meaningful indoor-outdoor integration from the ground up.

How We Work

1. Site Analysis and Brief

The site and the interior brief are developed in the same conversation. Orientation, topography, lifestyle priorities, and spatial ambitions are recorded and translated into a coordinated brief that guides every design decision.

2. Architectural Design and Interior Development

Structure and interiors are designed simultaneously. Material language informs structural choices, ceiling and lighting strategies are resolved together, and spatial volumes are finalised before contractors are engaged.

3. Specification and Procurement

Architectural drawings, interior specifications, joinery details, and material sourcing are completed together and fully documented to reduce changes and procurement delays during execution.

4. Execution and Handover

The founding team remains present through construction to ensure the design intent is realised. Handover means every architectural and interior element has been executed to the designed standard; nothing is signed off until it meets that standard.

Frequently Asked

A villa is an architectural object first. Ceiling heights, structural walls, staircase geometry, facade orientation, and landscape connections are all decisions made in the drawings. An architect controls section, light, and the thresholds that determine how interiors will behave day to day. When an architect leads interiors the design is resolved together so furniture, joinery, and finishes are responses to structure not attempts to correct it later. The result is a home whose spatial logic feels inevitable rather than assembled.
Villa interior design operating alone works within constraints set by the structure. Integrated architecture and interiors means the brief resolves plan, section, and finish at the same time. That allows us to design double-height volumes with acoustic intent, place courtyards to bring specific light into rooms, and choose materials that inform structural junctions rather than hide them. The integrated approach prevents later compromises and creates interiors that are an outcome of the architecture rather than an overlay.
A comprehensive villa project typically spans 12 to 36 months depending on scope. New build projects with structural work and landscape integration often take 18 to 36 months from site analysis to handover. Renovations and interior-only scopes vary but a complete architectural and interior redesign usually requires at least 12 months because detailed coordination of structure, services, joinery, and material lead times cannot be rushed without risking quality.
Start with the land and the brief. Topography, orientation, existing trees, and local planning rules shape the possibilities at almost zero cost if they are understood early. Decide how the home will be used across seasons, what rooms must connect to the garden, and where privacy is non negotiable. Consider long term performance of stone, wood, and outdoor metals in Hyderabad humidity. Early architectural thinking saves expensive retrofits later.
Shankarpally and Tellapur offer the most freedom for new villa architecture with larger plots and quieter settings. Jubilee Hills provides topographic richness and mature tree cover that reward terracing and stepped sections. Banjara Hills is denser and demands contextual sensitivity when reimagining older bungalow fabric. Manikonda and Narsingi are gated communities with uniform formats where design intelligence concentrates on interior resolution and landscape thresholds.
We begin with a combined brief that includes lifestyle, spatial priorities, and structural constraints. The team resolves plan and section together, specifies material continuity across thresholds, and develops lighting and acoustic strategies as part of the architectural drawings. Detailed specifications for joinery, finishes, and procurement follow the same design intent. During execution the founding team remains present to ensure the constructed outcome matches the design intent.
An architecturally resolved interior is a consequence of spatial decisions, not a collection of decorative choices. It begins with section, light strategy, and thresholds that define how rooms connect and how materials meet. Joinery, lighting, and furniture are designed to belong to those volumes so every element reads as part of the building. In Hyderabad that also means selecting materials that perform in humidity and orienting spaces for morning and evening light. The result is an interior that feels inevitable, and not applied after the fact.

The founding team takes a limited number of projects each year to ensure senior involvement from site to handover. The first conversation is where we understand your brief.
