Gelatissimo Flagship Outlet- Banjara Hills

Gelatissimo Flagship Outlet- Banjara Hills was designed around the actual behaviour the space has to support: how customers or staff enter, move, pause and leave; where sightlines matter; and how the operational back-of-house connects to the customer-facing front.

Materials were specified for the level of footfall and cleaning cycles the interior would see, not only for opening-day appearance. Acoustics, lighting and joinery were resolved as part of the plan so the finished space performs from day one and continues to perform over years of use.
